Naomi Cox '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I’m a Class of 2027 homeschool student from St. Joseph, Missouri, and I’ve been playing soccer since I was five. I usually play attacking mid or forward, and I love creating chances, shooting and putting pressure on the goal.

       In Spring 2024, I was the top scorer for the Saint Joseph Defenders, and during Winter 2024–25, I tied for top scorer on my varsity indoor team.  During the 2025 Spring off-season, I trained with the Pony Express Athletics Track Club to work on speed and agility, and I also did one-on-one sessions with a personal soccer coach to sharpen my technical and tactical game. That extra training paid off, and I was recently invited to join the highly respected KC Legends. I’m excited to compete at a higher level and am looking forward to making an impact this season! 

       Academically, I’m passionate about Engineering and Computer Science, and I currently have a 4.33 weighted GPA (4.0 unweighted). Outside of school, I help lead my award-winning robotics team, referee youth soccer games in town, and play guitar for my Youth Group’s praise band.

       I’m always pushing myself to grow, on the field, in academics, and in life, and I’m looking forward to connecting with college coaches as I keep moving forward!
