Sadie Scalzitti '25 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing soccer since I was three years old and have never looked back. During my soccer years, I have worked very hard to improve my technical and physical skills as well as develop a strong sense of leadership, teamwork and a drive to always improve as an individual player as well as a teammate. I thrive on the mental and physical demands of the game, I am able to execute in difficult situations, handle pressure in competitive games, work together as a cohesive unit and make strategic decisions quickly. As a versatile/utility player, I pride myself in being able to play whatever position is needed for the betterment of my team. Feedback from my coaches is extremely important to me, I want to excel and improve in any area that may needed during games. Primarily playing forward/wing the majority of my career, my senior year I took on a new role as starting right back. Scoring the second most goals and assist for our team, I ended the season with 6 goals, 4 assists and the highest count of shots on goal. I am eager to start the next chapter of my soccer career, to enhance my skills even more and to make a positive impact on the team.
