Maya Lake '26 Recruiting Profile

I first stepped onto a soccer field when I was 4 years old. Since then I have always aspired to play soccer in college, specifically D1. I know that having this opportunity is once in a lifetime. 

I use my speed to my advantage and read the field very well. I lead my team by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am a very coachable player and always strive to be the hardest working player on the field. 

Off the field I also pride myself on academics, I strive to maintain straight A's which taking all honors level courses. I also volunteer at local youth soccer camps and I have helped coach local youth teams as well. 

I wanted attend a college that will not only push me athletically but also academically. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the college that allows me to play at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model for my friends and family.
