Laurel Rummel '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Laurel Rummel and I am a 16 year old, 2026 goalkeeper. I go to Mount Pleasant Area Highschool in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, where I hold all of the school goalkeeping records and was honored as Goalkeeper of the Year this past season. I was also named Student Athlete of the Week by The Latrobe Bulletin and Daily Courier during both my sophomore and junior years. 

Academically, I maintain a 4.1 GPA and am ranked 4/148 in my class.  I tutor other students and am active in multiple clubs including CSAY, Interact Club, Spirit Club, Spanish Club, and Crochet Club, as well as being on the varsity quiz, basketball, trap, and track teams.  I am looking to major in engineering with a focus on nuclear or aerospace engineering.

I play for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds 2008 ECNL team and wear number 37. 

I am an extremely driven person and always strive to do my best. I am a good leader and I try to keep everyone motivated so that they too are working to their full potential.
