My name is Claudia Rodriguez student-athlete at Dorado Academy and I’m a 2022 graduate, 5’4 DCM from Puerto Rico. I finished my junior year with a cumulative 3.70 gpa and soon to take the SAT. This past year has been difficult to play due to the pandemic, Puerto Rico didn’t allow field play until June 2021. My school is not very competitive with soccer, but every year I help the athletic director gather a group of girls and make a team good enough to compete in the private school conference in PR. All through my high school years we have almost always made it to the semifinals and in occasions placed 2nd in the private school conference. I have been selected for the private school conference all star game. We have also won few school tournaments, this with a team, in which only a few players, play on clubs outside the school. I have won several titles with Gladiadores FC and with Bayamon FC. I have been invited to practice with the Puerto Rico National team since I was 13. I made the U15 team and played at the CONCACAF tournament on 2018. Made the U17 team, which was scheduled to play on the Pre-world cup on Mexico on May 2020, but cancelled due to COVID 19 pandemic. I am currently practicing with the U20 national team, scheduled to play in pre-world cup 2022.
