I started soccer at about 3-4 years old watching my sister play and wanting to get on the field. She didn’t have the same passion as me, so from the youngest age possible, I played year after year, season after season. Right before highschool I switched up my team to a Connecticut Team, since my town did not have enough players that year. I was never able to play for a serious club team like my friends due to not enough money and my parents did not have the ability to be driving me to far club practices with 4 kids. Going into high school I suffered from a serious head Injury, but now, I am ready to continue my academic and soccer career into college. I would love to play in the future and can not wait to see what the rest of high school soccer brings. One of the best things about playing soccer is that when feeling the chemistry and connections with teammates on the field, it makes the team feel complete and I hope to be able to experience this in collage.
