Hi Coaches!

My name is Ocean Valenciano, and I’m from Boerne, Texas. I began playing soccer at the age of 6, and over the years, my love for the game has grown exponentially. As I continue to develop my skills, my goal is to take the next step in my soccer journey and pursue it at the collegiate level.

What sets soccer apart from other sports for me is the creative freedom it offers. In soccer, no play is ever exactly as planned, and that unpredictability challenges me to think quickly, adapt, and solve problems on the spot. It’s these moments—when I have to improvise and think outside the box—that have made me fall even more in love with the game.

I’ve learned that mistakes are a natural part of the process, especially when you’re pushing yourself to grow. What matters most is the opportunity to learn from them and improve. I may not always be perfect, but I can promise that I will give 100% effort every time I step onto the pitch. I believe that effort and a strong work ethic are the cornerstones of being an athlete, alongside the relationships you build with teammates and coaches.

I’m excited about the opportunity to continue developing both as a player and a person, and I would love the chance to contribute to your team.
