I am a Christian student-athlete living in Utah. I have been playing soccer for five seasons now. I started out playing Varsity at Provo High school for my Freshman and Sophomore year. When my family moved, I made the RSL Academy girls soccer team. Soccer was more of a hobby a couple of months ago, but since coming to RSL, I have really grown to love it. I enjoy putting in the hard work and seeing results, which I couldn´t say about myself a year ago.
Soccer is a sport that´s always been around me. My dad coaches my younger brother´s club team and my older brother and sister are both on a soccer scholarship at Trinity International University. I have had a lot of competition growing up in a family like mine. I always wanted to be better than my siblings and I believe that competitive fire has driven me to be the player I am today.
I have been a captain on several club and school soccer teams. I have been on two missions trips with my church, one of which was running a soccer camp for kids in the Salt Lake City area. When we weren´t coaching, we were helping to clean and organize a local church. I have been a part of a youth group at my church for five years now.
I have a goal to play soccer in college and will work very hard to meet it. I´m a teachable player, a hard worker, and a natural leader. I want to play in college because I believe that I should always be looking for new ways to improve and I hope I get that chance.
