My name is Lox Neves, I love doing many things. Soccer is one of my great passions, but I love doing other things. I enjoy hiking, playing basketball, playing football with family, riding horses, camping, hunting, playing the violin, snowboarding, and running. I help my grandpa and work on his ranch. Living On a farm has taught me many things. I am tough, I will never complain, and I work hard. My whole life I have been expected to be the best, I am the oldest, therefore, I am supposed to be the perfect child. My dad has pushed me to be the best at everything. I have been taught to do the most with my opportunities. I may not be on the best team or have the best cleats or go to all the most prestigious camps, but what I do have is heart. I try to do the best with what I have. I always push myself to be the best at everything even, if I have never done that certain thing before. My motto and my families motto is " Punch it in the face." No matter what life throws at me I always remember that I just need to step up and punch it in the face. Anything that is hard or tough, I just have to run up and do it. It's been my dream to become a surgeon. I love helping people and I find the body so interesting. I hunt and do not get grossed out at all, I've shot and gut my own deer and even skinned my own deer head. I take my school work very seriously and do not accept anything less than the best score. I get into as many honor classes as possible and enjoy having a challenge. College soccer would also be a dream come true. I jumped into the soccer boat a little later in life. I didn't start club until my 7th-grade year, but I have never been happier I have grown so much. In the past three years, I have gone from starting on a D2 team to starting on a P1 team. College soccer would open up so, many doors for me and my family. I have 2 younger sisters and 2 younger brothers and being the oldest it is my job to set the example. Playing college soccer would open so many doors for them to become whom they want to be.
