At a very young age, I always loved being in and around water. Quickly learned that it was my passion, and launched my competitive drive in 1st grade when I competed in my first event. My love for competition has pushed me to be successful in swimming, school and personal life.
I’m currently a Junior at Andover High School, while proud to swim for the Wichita Swim Club year round. I was humbled to swim for our varsity State Championship team as a freshman (2022). I’ve surrounded myself with a great team and coaches who push my competitive drive at every opportunity.
As a club swimmer, I qualified to swim at Sectionals in Columbia, MO and also at the Futures Championship held in Minnesota over the summer. My goal this season is to obtain cuts in my events (200 Breast, 100 Breast, 200 IM, and 200 Freestyle) to qualify for Junior Nationals. I am a dedicated athlete who works hard in the pool but also continues to work outside the pool with additional personal training to enhance my strength, endurance and nutrition. As a freshman I was recognized with the Missouri Valley All-Academic Team, showing that I also work hard in the classroom.
Swimming is my passion and I look forward to making my dream of college swimming a reality.
