My name is Logan Fitzpatrick and I am a scholar athlete. My aspiration is to become a Broadcast Journalist. Right now I am part of my High School's "Morning Wave" and I appear on camera reporting on the news of the day. I believe I would be an asset to any college swim team because I am dedicated, self-motivatoed, coachable, show good sportsmanship, strive to always perform stronger, and work really hard. I am very personable and have developed strong friendships with my teammates. I have been swimming competitively since I was 11 years old. My club team is LIAC and I have also been on the Long Beach High School Girl's Varsity Swim Team since I was in the 7th grade. This past Spring I joined the girl's track team in order to strengthen my legs for swimming. I had a great season and went on to be a County Qualifier. I perform academically as well. Taking A.P., I.B., and Honors classes has given me the opportunity to challenge myself even more. During the school year I work part time as a swim instructor at SkudinSwim teaching young children how to swim and be comfortable in the water. In the Summer of 2022 I became a full time Town Of Hempstead beach lifeguard and I am looking forward to the 2023 season as well. Through my school's National Honor Society I participate in various volunteering activities in my community. As you can see, I am a very hard-worker, dedicated to all my endeavors and continuously strive to do my best.
