Anna Stefaniak '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Anna Caitlin Stefaniak and I am a senior at Lindsay Lane Christian Academy in Athens, Alabama, graduating Spring of 2022. 

My goal is to earn a tennis and/or academic merit scholarship at an institution for the Fall of 2022 where I can continue to develop both athletically and academically. Key factors that I am looking for in a school include a strong team-oriented program, strong academics, and preferably a school located in the Southeast. It is also important to me that I have a coach that can help me reach my best potential as a tennis player!

Although I have only been playing competitive tennis for a little over a year, I have made great strides in that time, resulting in playing the number 2 position in singles and number 1 doubles position for my high school. Playing this level of competition has allowed me to develop very quickly.

Currently, I have a 4.2weighted & 4.0 unweighted GPA, have scored a 22 on the ACT (re-taking three more times) and will have completed 30 college credit hours upon graduation through dual enrollment programs with Calhoun Community College and Colorado Christian University. I plan to major in Business and pursue a career as an entrepreneur.

In addition to my strong academics, I am the Student Body President of my school and have completed over 100 hours of community service and plan to graduate with over 150.

I consider myself a well-rounded student-athlete and believe I can contribute both on and off the court.
