Dreams: My dream is to play college tennis and to play at the best of my capability. I love playing junior tennis and high school tennis, but I want to take my tennis game to the next level. Playing College tennis has been my dream since I was 6 years old. I have been working very hard on my game by playing USTA tournaments, taking private lessons, taking group lessons, going to tennis camps all over the nation, and just in general hitting and practicing all the time. Goals: I have many high standards for myself and when I set those goals I do whatever it takes to accomplish them. Before I was a Freshman in high school my goals for high school tennis at Wichita Collegiate School (division 4A) were to be on varsity tennis team, to win regionals, and then to win state (individually and as a team). In my Freshman year I got on the varsity tennis team as #2 doubles (behind a doubles team of seniors), my team won regionals, and at State my doubles partner and I got first place along with our team in 4A. Before the tennis season started I was working for 2-4 hours in a day and 5-6 days in a week, in order to have these and other goals for myself meet. During the tennis season had practice Monday-Friday from 4:00-6:00 pm and then after school practice I would go to the Wichita Country Club and hit for an additional hour weather it was with the ball machine, doing a private lesson, hitting with people, or just hitting serves. All I did was just practice and then my goals were made. My aspirations are my parents, my numerous coaches, and all of my other supporters that I have.
