Personal Statement
Hello! I'm Emma Jow, a 16 year old runner from Walton High School. I was born in Sheffield, England, and began running during my freshman year of highschool. I have a passion for leadership and community, and am always dedicated to uplifting and supporting my team. My main strengths are adapting to change and problem solving, which has allowed me to make improvements through many hardships. I have improved my times drastically every year, and cannot wait to see what the future holds!
