2021 HighlightsPersonal Statement
This season is about improvement, setting goals and meeting them. It is off to a great start! I was honored, and humbled, by my team that they named me a Captain for this season. I want to be able to lead all of our runners on and off the course as we have a group of nearly 40 this season.
Races are off to a great start as well. With a focus on improvement this season I am really pleased with my early progress. Race one saw an over 2:00 improvement this summer. We just kicked off the season with our Conference pre-meet. I was able to cut off time from last season's mark in the same meet. Improving my position from 15th last year to 6th this year also gives me confidence that my hard work this summer is paying off.
I'm going to continue to work hard, strive to meet goals with every meet, and look to push my teammates to be their best as well!

- As we approach the start of the cross country season I participated at Detweiller at Dark once again. While still building mileage I was very happy with my progress. This year I ran the course in 20:41, a 2:08 improvement from the same race over the same course last year! It is a great starting point and something I am excited to build upon as our season progresses!
