Hello, my name is Sadie Denk. I am from Homer Glen, Illinois and I will be playing in my 6th club season. I play middle back for 1st Alliance 17 Black. In high school, I played libero, middle back, and right back for the varsity team. I also have a 8’9.5” vertical approach reach. This last season my team (16 Red) and I took 1st in silver/consolation (18th overall) in AAU Junior Nationals 16 Aspire division. We ended with a 13-1 record with our only lose in a 3rd set of a tight match. I have a very competitive and driven personality which shows through my manners and style of play on the court. Volleyball is a huge part of my life that I am not ready to let go of. I am looking for a school that has educational and athletic opportunities. Along with teammates and coaches that I can trust will encourage and push me to be the best athlete I can. I know that playing in college is an amazing opportunity that I would be grateful to take.
My family has an influence on me and my decision that I will make. I would like to attend a school with about 5000 students or more, but with the right program I am willing to go anywhere.
