Isabelle Hemmen '22 Recruiting Profile

I have been flying high in the air since I was 8 years old when I was a flyer on my competitive cheer team.  Since then, I found pole vault in Junior High and fell in love with being in the air all over again in another way.  I broke my 7th grade school record, 8th grade, and now high school school record.  I have goals of breaking the state record this year and to keep that trend going when I get to college and even the olympics one day - hey,  aspirations, right??

I am a farm girl that was taught strong work ethics and know how to apply that in the classroom and on all of my sports platforms.  I set goals and strive hard to hit them; I don't like to lose.

I also like to hit those goals in the classroom; as a 4.0 student I keep my grades up and want to do the same in college and into my professional life one day.  I hope to help other athletes like myself stay healthy on and off the fields/courts as a physical therapist.
