Alondra Toledo '18 Recruiting Profile

I am a student athlete that understands the importance of academics as well as athletics.  I believe I am a good candidate for your team because of my strong work ethic. I am passionate about sports.  All my life I have dreamed of being a NCAA athlete. I watch sports and follow athletes work closely.  I have a 3.4 GPA entering my junior year in high school, I continue to strive for ways to improve in the classroom. I am a firm believer that hard work pays off.  A couple of years ago I listened to a motivational speaker name Eric Thomas, and ever since, I have followed one of his quotes ( If you want to be successful, you have to be able to give up sleep).  I wake up every morning at 5:45am, I am at the Gym by 6:15 to make school by 8 am.  I pray this character continues throughout my college years.
