I have had a passion for running as long as I can remember. Whenever I was a little girl I would always go on runs with my father, and I absolutely loved it and knew I wanted to do this in the future. My goals for further running at the college level would be to push myself without draining myself and to always do my best with a positive mindset and attitude. I firmly believe that having a positive mindset about training will make you a better athlete in the long run and will help you achieve your goals quicker. As an athlete now, I am able to balance my training and grades fairly well. While training everyday of the season, I am able to keep a 4.0 GPA. I would be a great candidate for a college team due to my positive mindset, and the ability to balance my academics and competing in sports.
