Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Samantha Cook and I am a sophomore at Hooper Academy, and I am on the Varsity volleyball team. I have played volleyball for almost nine years, and it has become a great passion of mine that has shaped me into who I am today. I am self-driven when it comes to goals I want to achieve, and I am always ready to help others that may be struggling. I have a GPA of 3.9 and will be taking the ACT this school year. I am a very well-rounded player and I always build myself off of the constructive criticism I receive from coaches or other players. I aspire to have a balance between my academic life and athletic life. When I am off the court, I am also self-driven and goal oriented in my academics. I strive and work hard and stay focused on my future goals that I have set for myself.
