My name is Bella Marrero and I've been playing volleyball since I was 5 years old, and in 2010 I met the USA Women's National Volleyball team. I remember as if it was yesterday, they opened my eyes and I fell in love with the sport. This is my 11th year playing club volleyball. This year I will be playing for Sunshine Volleyball Club, 18-1s Westside in California.
I describe myself as a fierce competitor with a passion for defense and serve receive. To me, a combination of athletics and academics, along with the culture and history are very important to me.
