This two-day camp on July 21-22 will allow players to receive a high volume of reps and last-minute technique feedback in preparation for club tryouts that begin on Saturday, July 23.

Girls Passing and Defense
7/18/22 to 7/20/22
This session is designed to provide defensive training ranging from basic fundamental moves to sophisticated full-speed techniques brought down from the USA Olympic Training Center. Our experienced coaches will work to refine a player's defensive vision by orienting the athlete to cues essential to being great in the back court. Players will also receive instruction on serving and passing.

The camp is ideal for setters looking to improve and refine their game. Our experienced coaches will cover aspects of setting which impact location such as footwork, hand positioning and posture. The session will also address components of discrete setting such as vision, deceptiveness, decision making and building an offense.

Girls High School Tryout Camps
7/11/22 to 7/14/22
Incoming 9th – 12th graders This camp will be run by Varsity head coaches of San Diego high schools. Players attend this camp to receive a final tune up before club and high school tryouts. This camp will provide an hour of instruction followed by team competition each day. Players will be grouped by skill level and our experienced coaches will review technique and provide feedback while running drills commonly seen at club and high school tryouts.

Girls Elite All Skills Training

A pillar of our summer training, the Girls Elite All Skills Training is hugely popular among players gearing up for their school season in the fall. Players will be grouped by skill level and our experienced team of coaches will teach a wide range of fundamentals every player needs to have in their arsenal. Players will work on form and technique while fine tuning their skills and incorporating advanced training movements.
