I have been playing volleyball since I was 10. I would love to have the opportunity to play at the college level. I know that playing in college is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that could change my life forever.
I have quick movement on the court and a strong serve. I am a team leader and I take the responsibility of playing my defense position seriously, so that my teammates can succeed at their positions. I am very coachable and strive to be one the hardest working players on any team I play on. I am proud that I was named Varsity in volleyball and softball my freshman year and continued to remain on Varsity in volleyball my entire high school year (I had to choose between volleyball and softball after my freshman year and my heart was with volleyball).
I work very hard in the classroom as well and am proud of my GPA. I also volunteer to help line judge the middle school volleyball games so I can get more experience.
I want to attend college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all of my peers and make my family and myself proud.
