Leilani Fesuluai Robinson '25 Recruiting Profile

Aloha coaches! My name is Leilani Fesuluai Robinson and I am a 17 year old student athlete of Kaiser High School, graduating in 2025. I enjoy spending time at the beach with my family, traveling to my hometown in Minnesota during the summers, and playing volleyball year-round.  My favorite classes as a junior are AP english, leadership, and IB biology, as I aspire to further study law and find the right public defense major and profession for me in college. In the first semester of my junior year, I had a 4.125 GPA and go to an IB world school in Hawaii Kai. I have been playing club volleyball with Aloha State Volleyball Club since 6th grade, but have been playing recreationally and attending clinics since I was 7 years old. Both of my parents played volleyball throughout their younger years and have guided me through my journey with the sport I love, as well as helping me balance my academics and social life. My #1 priority has always been school, which has taught me that I need to work my absolute hardest to reach my full potential and keep things that make me happy in life balanced. While it often gets difficult, one of my strengths is perseverance and communication on and off the court. Not only am I a leader for my team when we find ourselves in a tough spot on the court, but I take the initiative to be a leader for myself and my wellbeing. This pushes me to take extra steps like staying after school for more study time with teachers or finding new clinics and combines to hone in on my skills and abilities. As I progress in school and in my volleyball career, I look forward to bringing myself to the highest level possible and playing in college!
