Hello!
My name is Emily Moushon and I am a junior at Morton High School and captain of our Varsity Volleyball Team. I am a very hard worker, and I strive to achieve my best, academically and athletically. I love to learn and I want to major in neuroscience and continue on to conduct research. While academics are the most important to me, I hope to be able to play college volleyball and accomplish my academic goals at the same time.
Playing volleyball at the collegiate level has always been a major aspiration of mine. I have a constant positive demeanor with my play, and that attitude has been recognized by every one of my coaches. Leadership on the court is something that comes natural to me, and I use that natural ability to lift my team as soon as I step on the court. I hold a significant amount of respect for coaches that respect me as a player and push me to my limits, so any constructive criticism from coaches is always graciously accepted and enacted upon. My flexibility and tenacity to strive to do my absolute best will be beneficial to adapting to any volleyball program, and I hope to make an impact in each program I am a part of.
