Kamila Kawa '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi, 

My name is Kamila, I am currently a freshman in high school going into my sophomore year. I love volleyball, I have been playing ever since I was 8 years old.  This year I started high school at the Willows Academy, during the volleyball season I made it to varsity, I had to go through many tests to see what are my skills are and at what level I am at. I played as a starter the whole season. I am usually used as an alternate player, I play an Outside hitter and a Middle hitter. Hitting and blocking are my main skills, my stats for passing are 1.6 and improving . For my serving I can do a top spin or a float, my serves are mainly short jump serves. I am currently playing club volleyball at Energy VBC. I would really like to continue volleyball in the coming years, of course education is a big priority for me I would like to make time for both. Volleyball is one of my passions and I couldn't imagine not playing something I love so much.
