Academically, I would like to pursue a BS in Pre-Pharmacy or Engineering and eventually on to postgraduate studies. Athletically, I would like to be a positive force and a contributor to a winning program. My contribution to the team will be in the areas of leadership, respect and humility, work ethic, coachable, preparation, and commitment. My goal is to contribute and to be a member of National Championship team.
In reflection, what sets me apart from other recruits is my appreciation for the journey and the sacrifices that I've made to potentially have the opportunity to play college volleyball. I appreciate the sacrifices that were made and continue to make: giving up social time to head to strength and conditioning sessions or put extra time in the gym, or staying up until the early morning to finish homework. These sacrifices have molded me into a result oriented, focused, determined scholar/athlete. I also have an appreciation and an indebtedness to the people in my life that have helped and pushed me in my journey, namely, my parents, sibling, other family members, coaches, and trainers.
