Alexis Miller '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball since I was nine years old, starting at local camps. Since I first stepped on the court, I knew I wanted to play at the collegiate level. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I am looking forward to participating in.

I have quick movement whilst playing, great court awareness and a strong serve. I am a team player and leader that leads by example. I am always encouraging my teammates, on and off the court. I am very coachable because I am always looking to improve. I strive to be one of the hardest working players on my team and I’ll be one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find. I am almost always first to practice and last to leave. 

In the classroom, I study hard and maintain straight A’s. I volunteer throughout my community by raising money for St. Jude Children’s Hospital, VFW poppy sales, worked at the local food bank, and through Student Council service projects . I was the President of the Jr. High Student Council and am now the Service Committee Chair for High School Student Council. I am also in Future Farmers of America (FFA) and Key Club.

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match for my academic goals and to be able to play at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to be a great role model and to make myself and my family proud.
