My name is Kayleah Patience Laughlin. I am 16 years old and a Junior at Belle Plaine High School. At BP, I received excellent grades. Academics are essential to me.
I strive to do my best with all my academics and extracurricular activities. There is a particular reason for that! My mother was in an accident that took her life when I was only three years old. I now live with my grandparents, Kym and Mike Stein; they have provided amazing opportunities for me.
I have participated in many sports activities, although volleyball is my love. My mother always wanted me to let my light shine and strive to do my best whenever possible. My goal is to attend a D1 University and play volleyball. However, I will continue to work and strive for excellence.
