Isabella Williams '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Isabella Williams and I am a 6 rotation player that primarily plays outside hitter for the class of 2021.  I have played indoor volleyball since I was in Kindergarten. I also have played beach volleyball recreationally earlier in my career but have taken it more seriously these past couple of years. I do have a small frame, but I play much bigger than what people perceive me to be.  I love surprising opponents, parents, and bystanders that I might be small in stature but make up for it in jumping ability, court awareness, and reading the players. I take pride on how hard I work on and off the court. I am a natural competitor but I know I must also be a team player.  Wins are so much sweeter when the entire team has added their individual talents. Team work is key to more wins and great coaching changes lives.

I am interested in colleges that participates in both indoor and beach volleyball.  Although the volleyball program is important to me , I will also be focusing on what academics are being offered.  I haven’t figure out my major in college but hoping the college choices that I have will have a wide range of academics to choose from.
