My name is Ruby Earl. I am currently playing volleyball at Mott Community college and getting my associates degree in general studies. I earned All Region, First Team All Conference, All Freshman Team, and NJCAA Region XII all tournament team. Volleyball has taught me self discipline and dedication in a sport that I love. Because of my volleyball experiences, I've been able to adopt a hard work ethic as both a player and a student. My grades and schoolwork are very important to me and I am proud to call myself a student athlete. I aspire to take my volleyball journey to new heights. I am eager to transfer the 2025 year as a junior to a competitive program, pushing boundaries, and become the best student athlete possible.
