Personal Statement
My name is Delaney Willis, and I am a Setter/OPP/DS for the class of 2024. I love volleyball more each year. I am always trying to not only make myself better by my team, we over me! I am a versatile player as I have played both in a 5-1 and a 6-2 as a hitter when I was not setting. My coaches say my biggest strength is my athleticism, NCSA recently measured my vertical jump at 27.3 inches during a Qualifier tournament. I have been honored to be named both all-conference and all-district in both my sophomore and junior years. Aside from volleyball, I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering at my church, and babysitting. I was honored as an all-conference athlete in track as well my sophomore year. My favorite bible verse is Psalms 46:5, "God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day." In the classroom, I work hard and have a 3.3 GPA.
