Kathryn VanSkiver '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I am a Libero/setter that loves the sport of volleyball. Throughout the rest of my career as a player I want to learn as much as I can. I really want to be able to grow in this sport. After my playing career is over I would love to become a coach. It is my dream to be able to be on the court every day. As a player I would say that I am always determined and work as hard as I can for every ball. My philosophy is to play every point like championship point. This is why I would love to play as a setter or libero because both positions I see players who are selfless and sacrifice their time and bodies for their teams. My favorite part of the game is getting a great diving dig and seeing my team take it from there and convert the point. As a whole I would say that I want to grow in the sport that I love as well as grow even more in my drive and determination.
