Rayley Oliver '26 Recruiting Profile

I first started playing volleyball at the age of ten.  Since then, my knowledge of volleyball and life itself has grown by facing challenges, both on and off the court. These challenges influenced my perspective on strategy of the game and how to stay centered.  I take the advice and tips coaches present me with and put those into thought and action.  This way I can improve my play and my playing time. I know that my coachability and positivity are both the most important characteristics when it comes to playing volleyball because they show that I am willing to learn and improve for the better. College volleyball is a once in a lifetime opportunity.  With this opportunity, I want to have a successful future and overcome any challenges that I may face.
