I am an 9 year club water polo player at Huntington Beach Water Polo Club, and although I have played many different sports, water polo is my favorite. This year (2020) our club is merging with Vanguard Water Polo Club, so I will be playing with them. I started on Varsity at Huntington Beach High School as a freshman and received the "Best New Player" award in 2018 and the Coach's Award as a sophomore in 2019. I have started and played in 76/76 varsity games in my high school career, my team has made it to CIF every year and has won our league the past 2 years. As a Junior, I led my team in assists, steals, and blocks. On my team my primary role is as a utility, using my speed for defensive play, but I am improving my offensive skills as I gain seniority. My coach has had me working on playing center.
I give 110% to what I do, and work hard to motivate my team and younger players.
