I have been wrestling since I was in the first grade. Since I first stepped on the mat, I knew I loved this sport. I enjoyed the sport so much that even when I was young I pursued it all year long, seeking more elite competition week by week. I knew before high school began that I wanted to compete at a high collegiate level. I only get one chance to wrestle in college so finding the right fit will be a crucial factor in the contribution to my success. I am very exciting for this journey to unfold and open up new opportunities to compete at the next level.
I have good leg attacks as well as productive riding skills on top. I am a team leader, mostly by example, but I can also get vocal with my team. I am very coachable and try to be the hardest working person in the room no matter where I am.
In the classroom, I am very focused and maintain a good GPA. I try to make the right choices and not get into trouble. I am on a very elite lifting regimen with an accomplished personal trainer. I also get involved with as many school events as possible.
I want to attend a college where I will be pushed to my limits on the mat as well as being challenged academically. I am open to all options and am focused on finding the best college for me at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model and make my parents and family proud, but more importantly become a great ambassador of the sport.
