“We see NCSA as a premiere company that not only enhances the college recruitment process, but serves as an essential and advantageous resource for all student athletes.” - NFLPA Director of Retired Players Andre Collins
Recruiting is a numbers game, so you need to make as many connections as possible. There are over 8 Million athletes and 40,000 college coaches. NCSA utilizes our Recruit-Match Database technology to streamline the college sports recruiting process for student athletes and college coaches. Recruit-Match connects college coaches with the perfect student athlete for their program.
"This is the ultimate resource for parents of athletes. Part instruction, part inspiration, Athletes Wanted provides hope to those who want to help their children maximize their athletic scholarship and life potential."
I would advise student athletes going through the process now that you don't have to commit, give in, or make choices early. Be patient, and in the end you will find a college that fits your every need. You will be much more satisfied if you do.

As a freshman entering high school full of opportunities for success, I was overwhelmed with options available for me to play Division I Women's ice hockey in college.
My best suggestion is to stay focused and disciplined, know what you truly want, get help from professionals like NCSA and use their tremendous resources and finally, study hard and train hard.
I always knew I wanted to play soccer in college, but it did not become a plausible reality until my junior year. I knew I had the skills to play in college, but I did not have anyone pushing me to succeed until I joined NCSA.
If I had to give advice to an incoming student-athlete it would be to never give up. I did not even know where to start and now I have decided on a school that I believe is my perfect fit.
The most challenging part was the decision making process. I loved so many schools, teams, and coaches. Picturing myself at different schools, and following my gut was the hardest.
