- Started training at 8 years old. Began lifting at 12 years old. I train everyday working on swings off the tee and off machine work. I also work on defense work. From April-August is season and from Sept to Nov is fall ball. Winter training is from December to Feb working on swings in the cage and taking ground balls off the turf
