Personal Statement
Baseball has always been my passion. From the very first time I picked up a baseball, I was hooked. I have always striven to be great, having the ultimate goal of playing at the collegiate level. I am determined to break any obstacles in my way to succeed and find the best college fit.
I excel academically and am able to balance baseball and schoolwork well. I have managed to maintain over a 4.0 GPA and work my hardest in the classroom. For example, I was number one in my class academically my freshman year.
As a player, I am easy to coach, welcome and respond to advice and any challenges my coaches throw at me. I will work harder than everyone else. I am a leader who will take any opportunity I can to help my teammates. I am in the class of 2019. I am 6’2”/198 lbs and I am a 1st baseman, 3rd baseman, and RHP who works to become great at every position I play.
As of my preference for college options, school size does not matter much to me. I am looking for college that will allow me to compete at the highest level I can and allow me to be the best student athlete I can possibly be. Geographically speaking, I would prefer schools from the Midwest to the East Coast, but I am still open to any option that would provide me with the best opportunity.
