Personal Statement

I am looking for an opportunity to grow academically and in the game of baseball.  Baseball has always been my favorite sport over all the others I have played in my life. I love the strategy and the mental parts of the game that factor into who ultimately wins or loses.  I am a high IQ player who has always seen myself as someone who will play where needed in order to help my team win.  In college, I will put forth the extra effort in the classroom and on the diamond.  I want to find a school where I can demonstrate my academic and athletic abilities with the goal of getting my degree while having fun playing the game I love.
