My name is Andrew Paysinger. I am a senior at Water Valley Highschool. I started playing this sport at a very young age and I fell in love with the game. It's always been a dream of mine to make it into college to get me to the highest level of this sport. I’ve played rec ball from the time I was 5 till I started travel ball at 9, I've also played in many highschool events for upcoming players. It's my goal, when I get into college I want to start out at a 2 year college such as Northwest or ICC so I can get to a new beginning with the next level of baseball and a new level of education. After that I would like to start at a four year college that will guarantee me an education with a bachelors or a higher degree. What makes me a good candidate for my team is that I’m the first rotation starter in our pitching, I also play third as a secondary position for when I am not on the mound. I know how to use the field. I know how to move runners over and put the ball into gaps when in situations that are needed for the ball to be put into a certain area of the field. My GPA is at an appropriate level 3.0-3.5, but I am also planning on retaking my ACT in October. In athletic’s I’ve made the most improvement, and became one of the best starters in our program last year.
