January 2014Personal Statement
My name is Angelo Spataro. I play second base, shortstop, and third base. Last spring I played on the JV team and batted .464 (26-56). This summer I played for the Niskayuna Connie Mack team. Despite being our youngest player I led our team Offensively and batted .375. My goals are: To graduate high school with a GPA of 3.5 or better, hit .450 on varsity during my Junior Year, and hit over .500 during my senior year. I want to play baseball at the highest level possible. I believe I can accomplish these goals because I am a good baseball player, confident, smart, and I play hard every second of every game. My former and current coaches would describe me as a leader, a hard worker, and a talented baseball player. I love the game of baseball and get better everyday and I am always looking to get better.
