My name is Ricky Russo. I am a 2020 graduate at Wantagh High School on Long Island where I have been a proud member of a very competitive Varsity Baseball Program. Even with a busy schedule, I have been able to maintain a high overall grade point average and have taken some high level courses. I love every aspect of baseball, so I am always trying improve by asking questions and learning more about the game. My game consists of hard work, intensity and teamwork. I am an encouraging and compassionate teammate. Primarily, I am a middle infielder and right-handed pitcher, however I have solid experience playing the right field, left field and catcher positions. Continuing my studies in college is something I am looking forward to, and I know I would be a very valuable member of a college baseball program.
