Personal Statement
I'm Reuben Gasee and I am a 16 year old junior(in Canada we call it grade 11). I want to thank you for taking your time to view my profile. I am very passionate about the sport of baseball. 2B, P, SS and 3B are my main positions but I have experience and can play any position other than 1B.
I go to the gym a lot to get stronger to increase my velocity, power, speed as well as I work on other aspects of the game. I hold the freshman(grade 9) plank record at my school. My personal plank record is 2 hours and 1 second and my personal consecutive push-up record is 120.
Whether I am at the diamond or in the classroom I try my hardest and do the best of my ability at everything.
I have always dreamed of getting a scholarship and making my way up to the majors as my goal is to get drafted by an MLB team. I work hard every single day to achieve this dream to one day get drafted. Even though I'm not going to be the tallest person, I'm not listening to things like you got to be 6'0+ to play ball. You can get a scholarship and even get drafted and make the big leagues by hard work and dedication. Height doesn't measure heart.
