My name is Peyton Troxel and I am currently a Junior at Tillamook High School. I have been playing baseball since I was three years old and my love for the game was immediate. I have played every position on the field at some point before I finally settled into pitching, outfield and eventually catching. I made Varsity my freshman year and made the Mid-Coast Dungies American Legion Team as a sophomore.
I am an extremely hard worker, both on and off the field. I am currently taking several honors classes while being a three sport athlete and maintaining a high GPA. I’m also evolved in 4-H and FFA and have raised market hogs and breeding gilts since I was in 4th grade. My animals always place in the top of their classes and I have had several Champion and Reserve Champions through the years. Whether it’s baseball, football, wrestling or raising animals, I always give 120% and I always strive to be the best, while still remaining humble and a great teammate.
I think I would bring a level of leadership, experience and eagerness to learn that would benefit any team. I’m not the type of player that gets worked up or stressed out when things aren’t going well, I’m the player that wants the ball, whether it’s on the mound or behind the plate, to lead my team out of it.
I’m looking forward to hearing from and/or meeting potential coaches and their staff. This has been my dream since I was little and I can’t wait to see where all this takes me.
Thank you.
Peyton
