Personal Statement

My name is Quinn Moser I am 6 foot 1 inch tall and i weigh 175 pounds. I ran my 60 yard dash at 6.8 seconds in August of 2011.Some of my biggest accomplishments are being able to play for the Dallas Tigers Baseball Club in the summer, we were a very succesful team this past summer in the 16u age group but all of us were only 15 years of age. We were very proud when we were invited to be part of the 16u USA Baseball National Championships. On the year I hit with an average of .376 with 28 singles, 16 doubles, 4 triples. In September of 2011 I was selected to the North Texas Team of the USA baseball NTIS, in Cary, North Carolina. Hard work is the only reason i have accomplished so much in sports, but mostly baseball. I spend 3 hours at football practice everyday, as soon as i get home I like to do something baseball related such as; Hitting off a tee, playing long toss, throwing a bullpen, and three times a week I am very fortunate to be able to get pitching and baseball lessons. When I am not at a lesson I work in the back yard or go out to a feild and work on fundimentals by myself. i live in Texas therfore that is the ideal location on where I would like to go to school but also when i was in North Carolina for the NTIS I loved it so North Carolina is high on my list on where I would love to go to school maily because of the weather and all the different colleges that all have great programs. I am open to all different kinds of schools but idealy i would love to go to a D1 or D2 and if it is a Chrstian school even better because I am a strong believer in Christ! I have not really thought it through completly but I have had thoughts about majoring in Economics or Buisness.  My athletic   goals are to make an impact on the team I play for and play at the highest leval my ability lets me.
