Making the Coppell HS Varsity team as a freshman was a great start to my high school journey. We didn’t make the state playoffs but it was still a great honor to be one of the few freshmen ever to make the team, a great starting point to my HS Lacrosse career. The experience helped me grow into a better player being one of the younger players on the field, the experience was valuable and helped me grow as a person and athlete. I did take advantage of my chances on the field and ended up contributing offensively on Varsity and finishing as the Offensive MVP on JV. As a sophomore, I’ve embarked in a new adventure both academically and athletically attending a very good boarding school away from home. The Kiski School in PA is my new home away from home. My sophomore season was both a great academic experience and a great challenge on the lacrosse field. The level of lacrosse on the east coast is superior to what I was used to in TX. I accepted the challenge and was able to accomplish good things in the classroom as well as on the lacrosse field. I finished the Sophomore season as the team's second leading scorer with 76 points and was named Honorable Mention All Midwest Attackman. I will continue to work tirelessly to be an Honor Student and be the best Lacrosse player I can be so that I can realize my next dream of attending a top college and playing Lacrosse at the next level.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have a great supportive family, excellent teachers and coaches, plus fantastic teammates in my life. This has been the foundation of who I am as a person and what pushes me to be even better. I have traveled around the US playing Lacrosse and competing against the best players in the nation and I am hopeful that I can continue to do so throughout my college days. The competition has always been fierce but I believe I have made my coaches, family, and myself proud by competing successfully at the highest level. We won many events as a team and loss many others, I achieved individual accolades as an All World Player, MVP, and All-Star but also struggled in a few games when I was not feeling my best. All of these experiences thought me the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership even when we/I didn’t win.
I'm looking for a College program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. My goal is to study Criminal Law and become an attorney in the not so distant future. I believe I have the talent to compete at the college level, and I feel I also posses the character, work ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. As a multiple sport athlete and student of the game, I know that I have what it takes to be a leader on your team. Most importantly, I will conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the field, knowing that the way I carry myself reflects on my team, my coaches, and the school I attend.
