Personal Statement
My first experience with baseball on an actual field was when I was 4 years old. I vaguely remember each time it was my turn to hit the ball off the tee, and I would hit it just about every time. My coach, at that time, often said I was made to hit the ball and hit it hard. Ever since, it has been my passion to hit the ball hard and run as fast as I can to reach my goals. My first and foremost goal is to continue working hard to keep a high grade point average throughout high school with the hope of playing baseball at a Division 1-3 college. I will never stop continuing to improve my baseball skills and dedication to my teammates on and off the field. I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to play for multiple baseball leagues and have family, coaches, and friends that encourage me to fulfill my dream as an athlete and a top performer. I am extremely motivated to play baseball in college, and my hope is to continue to strive to be my best on and off the field.
