Personal Statement

I aspire to play Division 1 field hockey. My goal has always been to work hard and do my best athletically, academically, and by giving back in my community. What makes me different is my speed, agility, and mental toughness.  

What sets me apart from most student athletes is my passion to lead by example, mentally strive through difficult challenges, and serve my teammates and community. I am a very diverse student athlete who loves my faith, family, field hockey, art, music, and volunteering in my community. Team synergy is very important to me.  I believe it takes a selfless person and athlete to help the team be the best it can be rather than just the individual player's ability/skill. My faith and family have helped shape who I am.
