Starting my football career at a young age allowed for myself to learn discipline, dedication, tolerance, acceptance, rejection, strength and courage. Football has been apart of my life for over 9 years, I always told my parents and myself that I was going to play in the NFL and follow my dream until I made it a reality. Sports shaped me into man I am today, basketball and football gave me the endurance to keep strong and effective in the off seasons, they also taught me the fundamentals of how team work and individuality are not only separate components of an all around athlete but an all around great student and person. As high school began I realized that my academics were my number one priority, I strived to become an academic succesful athelete not just one or the other. Within my freshman year of high school I realized that one class really stood out to me, this class was Journalism. I was intregied that one day I could be writing stories about famous athletes, or performers, or possibliy becoming a ESPN analyst or commentator. This allowed myself to think of college courses while pursuing my football career, I hope to one day be accepted to a Major University that will help guide my dreams and goals of being an all american, heisman winning all around academic athelete.
